Heart-to-Heart with The Adoption Triad

We are kicking off National Adoption Month this coming November with one of our Heart-to-Heart events with The Adoption Triad. On this educational event we will be hearing from a complete AFTH triad and their experiences throughout the adoption process, including all the highs and lows along the way. All funds from this event will be going to AFTH's Program and Services in support of Birth Parents.
